Record Removal Services
Arizona gives you several ways to clear, seal, or limit access to your criminal record. Each one fits a different situation, and many clients combine them. Below is a high-level look at every service we offer. Click any service to see how it works, who qualifies, and what it changes.
Sealing Records
A.R.S. § 13-911
Hides your case from the public and most background checks. Employers, landlords, and the general public can no longer see it. This is the strongest privacy tool Arizona offers.
Set Aside
A.R.S. § 13-905
Vacates the judgment of guilt and restores your rights. The case still appears on background checks but is marked set aside. This is our primary tool, and it restores your civil and firearm rights as part of the order.
Expungement
A.R.S. § 36-2862 / Prop 207
For marijuana cases only. Seals and removes qualifying marijuana arrests, charges, and convictions under Arizona’s 2020 law, even if you were never convicted.
Designate to Misdemeanor
A.R.S. § 13-604
Turns an undesignated class 6 felony into a class 1 misdemeanor. Removes the felony label and cuts your sealing wait from five years to three.
Restore Firearm Rights
A.R.S. § 13-905
Restored through a set aside, which gives you the documented proof a licensed dealer’s background check requires. Automatic restoration leaves no paperwork, so the set aside is the reliable path.
Terminate Probation Early
A.R.S. § 13-901(E)
Ends your probation ahead of schedule once you have completed enough of it. Stops the monthly fee, removes violation exposure, and lets your record-clearing clock start sooner.
