No. Unless you have only one case, there is no single application that clears an entire record. Each case is its own filing.
If I qualify for more relief later, is it included? +
No. The $1,700 covers what you qualify for when we file. Later relief is a separate filing, so a separate $1,700. When we can file everything together, we do, for one fee.
I am still on probation. What can I do? +
The first step is usually ending probation early, its own $1,700, because until you are off probation you are not eligible for a set-aside or sealing.
